2 tsp Tapioca Starch
2 tbsp Water
1.50 tbsp Red Chili Flake
⅔ cup Rice Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Ground Ginger
3 tsp Minced Garlic
⅔ cup Sugar

Mix the tapioca starch and water together and place to side.

Mix all other ingredients into sauce pan and bring to boil.

Add water and tapioca to sauce pan and mix. Bring heat to low and let simmer for 5 mins!
