Wing It Pico De Gallo

 ½ Red Onion
 ½ cup Cilantro, Chopped
 4 Large Roma Tomatoes (Summer Selection: Celebrity Tomato works even better if Available)
 1 Juice of Lime
 3 Pinch of Sea Salt
 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 Jalapeño, Deseeded
 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flake
 ½ tsp Chipotle Pepper Crushed (Whole Foods)
 1 Splash Apple Cider Vinegar (Optional: See Tip)
 1 Pinch Cane Sugar (Optional: See Tip)

Dice tomato, jalapeño, cilantro and onion, place into a medium mixing bowl.


Add lime juice, all remaining spices and mix thoroughly. Adjust salt, lime and heat to taste. Don’t be shy!


Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Tip: Let’s face it, depending on where you live, an acidy, juicy tomato can be pretty hard to come by outside of summertime! When faced with this trouble - we recommend adding a splash of AVC and a pinch of sugar to compensate for the missing flavor! Just mix it into the diced tomatoes right before you add the other lime & spices. Viola!

Wing It: To turn it up a notch, don’t de-seed that jalapeño. Get yo burn on!!!!
