Palm Ceviche

Yields1 Serving

 12 oz can of palm hearts, chopped
 ½ yellow bell pepper
 ½ red or orange bell pepper
 2 limes, small, juiced
 1 jalapeno
 1 medium tomato
 ¼ tsp hot papkira
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp seasalt
 2 dashes black pepper, to taste
 1 small avocado (optional)
 ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
 ½ English cucumber
 ½ small spanish onion, finely diced

Give all veggies and palm hearts a nice, rough chop and combine in bowl.


Add lime juice and seasonings.


Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
