¼ cup Pine Nuts, To Taste
2 cups Kale Leaves, De-Stemmed
1 Juice of a Lemon
½ tsp Salt, To Taste
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Black Pepper
1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
¼ cup Vegan Parmesan, Optional: Omit for Whole Foods Plant-Based

Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse on HIGH until well-blended & desired pesto consistency is achieved.
