 3 Cans Hearts of Palm; Drained
 2 Green Onions; Chopped
 1 Juice of Lemon
 2.50 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
 2 tbsp Tarragon
 3 tbsp Fresh Dill
 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
 2 Celery Stalks
 ½ cup Red Onion
 ½ cup Radish; Chopped
 1 cup Frozen Green Peas; Thawed
 1 Pinch of Sugar
 1 tsp Sriracha
 1 tsp Black Pepper; to Taste
 ¾ cup Vegan Mayonaise
 ½ tsp Onion Powder
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Rough chop the hearts of palm. Toss with the 2 pinches of sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning.


Dice all additional vegetables and herbs. Add to bowl with hearts of palm mixture.


Combine mayonnaise and all other ingredients to create the sauce.


Mix sauce with palm hearts and vegetables thoroughly.


Let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Adjust salt, pepper and Old Bay seasoning to taste


We used Pretzilla Pretzel Hoagie Rolls for ours, but any vegan white (soft) hoagie roll will do!
