1.50 cups Raw Cashews
2 Water
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 Avocado
1 Juice of Lime
3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
¼ tsp Tapioca Starch
½ Jalapeño, Deseeded
1 tsp Salt

Place all ingredients into Vitamix. Blend on HIGH until smooth (approximately 60 seconds).

Pour into medium saucepan and heat on low-medium, stirring constantly until mixture is hot & begins to thicken slightly (approximately 5-7 minutes).

Enjoy with Poblanos Rellenos, chips and pico or over a tasty burrito!
